The story is that I needed an unusual product in physical stores, and I decided to buy it online. I found it at a good price in the online store ECO Electronica Online, which seemed reliable, but to be sure, I searched for opinions about it in Shopmanía, Ciao, and other opinion portals.
Some reviews were negative, but none were alarming, and there were good or very good reviews, and I thought I'd give it a try. Although some of then could have been written by people from the store itself, not all of them would be.
So I bought the product in that store. Once paid and several days passed, I had not heard from the store, despite trying to contact them repeatedly.
I decided leave my opinion in Ciao and in Shopmania, to inform other potential buyers about the behavior of this store.
Ciao published my opinion without problems, but in Shopmanía I didn't see published my review, so I contact them to ask about it. They told me that my message did not respect their rules, and that, in addition, it was a copy of other content already published on the Internet.
This made me think that I'm probably not the only one who has tried to leave a negative review about that store on Shopmania and they haven't published it, thus allowing them to leave a negative review. That more people buy in an online store that does not attend to their orders.
So that, moral: do not trust the portals of opinions, in particular Shopmania.
